Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
In their original condition with all tags still attached
In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items
Personalised or custom products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
